| We first met Paul when the factory recommended him to do some warranty work on our 5th wheel. We were impressed with how comfortable he and his staff made us feel. Recently we had a tire blowout which damaged the side of our RV. We could have taken it locally for repairs, but instead we drove from Connecticut to his facility in Indiana. The repairs were excellent and as usual the staff instilled even more confidence that they can repair any RV problem. As for us, they are the only place we will use for our RV service. We have known Paul Cross since we got our first Mobile Suite in 2004. We have always been pleased with his work and his knowledge of RVs. We now have a 2007 Elite Suite and Paul has done everthing with this unit right from the PDI. We have always been treated so well by Paul, Kay Jeremiah and Terry that we look forward to stopping in to see them every time we are in the area, and if we need any work done there is nowhere else that we would take our unit. | Our experience in the three visits over the last two and a half years to Indiana Interstate Enterprise is that Paul Cross and his employees are always professional, courteous, attentive to details and willing to satisfy all our requirements in regard to our Mobile Suites. Double Tree factory representative had Indian Interstate Enterprise do our inspection “PDI” on our new 2008 Double Tree Mobile Suites prior to accepting delivery from a dealer out of Indiana. We wanted to pick up or unit in Indiana. Paul did a great job on inspecting, making some adjustment and repairs from the factory problems. The staff is very accommodating and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. We plan to return to them in 2009 for a warranty re-inspection and some storage access panels installed. We are very satisfied with our new Double Tree fifth wheel. If need any kind of repairs that are major or minor we highly recommend this company. | |
Wow! We cannot imagine taking our Elite Suites anywhere but to Indiana Interstate! We have had the pleasure of having our warranty service done by Paul and his team of professionals twice now and each time they have solved problems we thought were unsolvable. They always do what they say they will do and then some!
