I own a 2002 Newmar Mountainaire 39 foot fifth wheel. Over the years I have had to replace the plastic fenders and skirt twice both due to no fault of my own. While in Michigan last July a mini tornado went through the area, knocking out power for 3 days, fallen trees and you guess it the winds shattered my fenders and skirts. After spending several days searching the internet, sending out emails, I received no response from any vendors on an alternate product for my fifth wheel.
I have looked at many DRV Mobile and Elite suites and admired their quality and workmanship including their exterior fenders and skirts. I decided to send an e-mail to DRV to see if it was possible they could fix my rig with the same product they use or could they recommend someone.
The service manager at DRV promptly got back to me explaining they could not assist but highly recommended Paul and Kay Cross at Cross RV or Indiana Interstate Enterprise.
I emailed my dilemma to Indiana Interstate Enterprise and they too got back to me very quickly seeking photos. I complied with their request and emailed photos of the damaged areas.
A short time thereafter, they agreed to complete the work, exchanging the plastic fenders and skirts to metal.
Since the repairs have been complete I have travelled over 400 miles and not a problem.
At this time I want the Crosss to know that we are very pleased with the quality workmanship and excellent customer service your company provided.
We sincerely appreciate your responsiveness and the way you conduct your business. We have recommended your company to others because of our satisfaction with your service.

In 2009 we were headed to Indiana for the Suite Owners International Travel Club (DRV 5th wheels) rally in Goshen. We had some work we wanted to have done on our 2005 Mobile Suite. The factory had a full schedule and couldnt handle our repairs so they referred us to Paul Cross of Indiana Interstate RV Repair in Lagrange and are we glad they did!! Paul and Kay handled all of our repairs quickly, professionally, at very reasonable prices with smiles and a friendly attitude. We were very impressed. Since that time we have been back to Indiana Interstate for warranty repairs on our 2010 Mobile Suite. In fact I drove 800 miles to take the unit to Paul. He knows his stuff and we trust him implicitly. In addition to the warranty work Paul did something for us that the factory couldnt he installed a matching, frameless, tip-out window in the bedroom slide out over the bed. Its great; we now have cross ventilation in any weather. Given a choice, we wouldnt take our RV anywhere else. In addition to Paul and Kays talents in the RV repair world they are just plain great people!

Wow! We cannot imagine taking our Elite Suites anywhere but to Indiana Interstate! We have had the pleasure of having our warranty service done by Paul and his team of professionals twice now and each time they have solved problems we thought were unsolvable. They always do what they say they will do and then some! Their level of professionalism, skill, understanding of our needs as fulltimers, timeliness in completing the work, and knowledge of RV design and function is amazing. We cant wait till they have a service business in Florida!

I would like to comment on our experiences at Indiana Interstate,
We arrive in dire condition, missing a rear tire which had come off, completely and inccurred a large amount of side and rear damage to our coach.
On being met by Paul Cross, with his happy smile on a cold and rainy day, he located us on a spot where we had 50 amp service and a water connection.
Even having no appointment he and Kay Cross went out of his their way to immediately appraise the damage and order parts.
We had to wait for our rear cap which was understandable becaues they had to mold a new one, once in, Paul and his team got us into service and stayed with the coach until it was completely finished, replacing and installing new larger tires, repairing damage and installing new cap, painting unit..
He did this with professional craftsmanship with a courteouis nature, and the team at Indiana Interstate treated us great and we appreciate it very much. Thanks to Paul & Kay, Austin and his team..Ron and Jane Brown -

Recently we had a tire blowout which damaged the side of our RV. We could have taken it locally for repairs, but instead we drove from Connecticut to his facility in Indiana. The repairs were excellent and as usual the staff instilled even more confidence that they can repair any RV problem. As for us, they are the only place we will use for our RV service.
